My name is Robbie Douglas, I'm 26 years and currently living in Salford, Greater Manchester. I graduated from Wolverhampton University with a degree in Animation and have since focussed mainly on graphic and web design while still developing my skills in Animation.
I am currently working as a Web Designer in Warrington designing websites for small businesses. For my work I mainly use Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, Premier and 3DS Max. I created this site as an online portfolio of my web design, illustration and animation work and anyone is welcome to view my portfolio and leave feedback or suggestions.

General Interests
Music
I like my music LOUD. I like lots of early raw sounding Grunge, Post-Rock, Doom, Drone, Noise, Avant Garde, Experimental, music that has its own interesting sound. I like music that steers away from the mainstream and is not simply written to appeal to a wide audience. I like bands that dont follow a set formular for each album and will try something new rather than repeat whats already been done.

I like 2D computer games made by small teams of people were creative flair prevails over technological advancements and ridiculous budgets. Earthworm Jim, 2D Sonic games, N+ and super meat boy are amongst my favourites.

Comics
I love the work of Doug Tennapel, Frank Miller and Alan Moore. I grew up collecting Spawn and various Marvel comics. The artwork of Greg Capullo was always a huge inspiration growing up. Recently I have been reading The Walking Dead comics.
With comic strips The Farside has always been my favourite and more recently the twisted Cyanide and Happiness comic strips.
